Who we are looking for

Join us as our full-time ongoing Vulnerability Support Officer. This position comes with a generous salary of $86,275 to $93,801 p.a. plus superannuation.

We're looking for someone to collaborate with those across our industry, region and organisation to improve the way we support customers experiencing financial stress. 

Job Description

 

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be:

  • Working with our employees, industry networks and regional networks to lead an uplift in the support provided to help customers pay their bills.
  • Seeking up-to-date information, data and research that relates to drivers of vulnerability in our region and across Australia.
  • Advocating for and implementing new ways to ensure that customers are aware of the support measures we have in place to help them to pay their bills.
  • Proactively managing change and shaping exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for someone with 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • A customer experience mindset, with the ability to view situations from the customer perspective and advocate for changes that will benefit customers and community.
  • The ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Experience in customer service or client support to help inform policy and process improvements.
